Elinor Ho is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and has been engaged in Wealth Management services since 1994. Elinor strives to help professionals, small business owners and retirees retire comfortably and confidently by utilizing asset preservation strategies, risk management and hand-holding them through life’s transitions.
As a wealth management consultant, she provides comprehensive financial planning, wealth management and business planning to her clients. In 1997, Elinor founded E.K.H. Financial Education L.L.C. – the education entity focused on educating employees of a Michigan-based automotive company regarding financial and retirement planning. Her students benefited from her experience and knowledge, along with strategies for retirees to become financially independent. Elinor is also passionate about empowering women to be financially independent, helping business owners transition in style, and assisting multi- generational families with strategies that preserve and pass on their legacy to their loved ones in a tax-efficient manner.
Elinor was featured in the June 2011 issue of Hour Detroit and the July/August 2011 issue of DBusiness publication as a FIVE STAR Wealth Manager, an elite group representing less than 7 percent of the wealth managers in the Detroit area.
She is the Past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Greater Detroit Chapter. She is also the recipient of numerous community and leadership awards from the Jaycees and Junior Chamber International.
Elinor is married to Mike Ho. They are the proud parents of two sons, Wesley and Allister.
